Refund policy

We hope that you love all your purchases from Elora Collections. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CERDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days for receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item will not be eligible for return. 

Items purchased under the sale category are FINAL SALE. The following items are FINAL SALE: leggings, bodysuits, accessories, swimwear and athletic wear. 

Items must be in perfect condition, all tagged attached, unworn or unused and in its original packaging to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item is damaged it must be reported within two days of the receiving your order. please email us at info@eloracollections.com and send photos of any damage. 

Color variations in the merchandise due to computer resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in store credit.
